If the CVPros Vault isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.
No questions asked. You don't need to prove you completed anything, and you don't need to explain why.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3–10 working days to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is issued, your access to the Vault workspace ends and any copy you have duplicated into your own Notion account should be deleted.
Separately from our guarantee above, UK customers have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Normally you would have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download or access begins — but only if you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right to cancel. We ask you to confirm this at checkout.
In practice, this doesn't disadvantage you. Our 7-day no-questions-asked guarantee is offered voluntarily and applies whether or not your statutory right has ended. Nothing in this policy removes or limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a remedy if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
The £99 tier includes a human CV and LinkedIn review. Because that's personalised work carried out specifically for you, refunds work slightly differently:

If you're unhappy with the quality of the review itself, tell us. We'd rather redo it properly than keep money for work that didn't help.
The Vault is licensed to you for your personal use. It is not to be resold, shared, republished or distributed, and your Notion copy is for your own job search only.
We reserve the right to decline a refund and withdraw access where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example redistributing the Vault, repeat purchase-and-refund activity across orders, or attempting to claim under this guarantee more than once. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please email us before raising a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. We approve refund requests inside the guarantee window as a matter of course — going through us is faster for you than going through your bank.
Launch pricing is time-limited and may change. If the price drops after you buy, we're not able to refund the difference — but if a price change happens within 48 hours of your purchase, email us and we'll look at it.
