This policy explains what personal data CVPros ("we", "us") collects when you visit cvpros.in or buy the CVPros Vault, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
We are the data controller for this data. CVPros is operated by an individual sole trader. You can reach us at any time at cvpros.in@gmail.com.
Because we sell to customers in the United Kingdom, we handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We never see your card details. Payments are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. Your card number is entered on their systems and never reaches ours.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
Required for the site and checkout to function. These cannot be switched off.
Helps us see which pages people read and where they leave. Aggregated — we do not use it to identify you personally.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel tells us whether an ad led to a visit or a purchase, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site. This means Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives data about your visit and may act as a joint controller for that processing. You can control this in your Facebook ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services needed to run the business:

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, adequacy regulations, or the providers' standard contractual clauses.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
We use reputable third-party providers with encryption in transit, keep access to customer data limited, and do not store payment card information at any point.
The CVPros Vault is intended for adults in or entering the workforce. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change significantly affects how we use your data, we will notify customers by email.
